Singapore is planning a month of BTS-related experiences across the island this December. The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) announced that BTS THE CITY ARIRANG will run from 1 to 31 December 2026, extending the concert season beyond the National Stadium into attractions and city districts. It is the programme’s first and only Southeast Asian stop in 2026, according to STB.

A city-wide December programme

The initiative is designed as a set of installations and activities at multiple partner venues, rather than a single festival site. STB says the programme will accompany BTS’ four-night return to Singapore for concerts on 17, 19, 20 and 22 December. The board describes all four shows as sold out. Travellers should treat the announced programme dates and individual venue access as separate details: the month-long dates do not mean every activation runs every day.

What has been announced so far

Planned highlights include a themed light and music show at Jewel Changi Airport’s Rain Vortex, an immersive takeover at Mandai Wildlife Reserve’s Exploria, and a BTS music and art trail at National Gallery Singapore. The National Museum of Singapore is due to host light and sound installations. Resorts World Sentosa plans themed experiences and fireworks at Universal Studios Singapore, while Sentosa, The Kallang and Zouk Singapore are also listed among the participating partners.

Marina Bay lights in December

STB says landmarks around Marina Bay and the Singapore River will be lit in ARIRANG red each night from 8 to 22 December. The named sites include Gardens by the Bay, Singapore Flyer, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, The Helix Bridge and several bridges. This gives visitors a defined window for the lighting display, but the announcement does not yet provide a detailed nightly timetable or viewing arrangements.

Plan around details still to come

STB says further information about partners and activations will be announced later. Ticketing, entry requirements, operating hours, age guidance and whether any experiences require separate bookings should therefore be checked with the relevant venue closer to December. Before booking flights or accommodation, confirm the concert date, the specific activations you want to see and the latest access information. The announcement is current as of 19 October 2026 and may change.
