Emirates brings a new travel address to Tokyo

Planning a journey can be part of the pleasure of travel. Emirates has opened a dedicated Travel Store in Tokyo’s Otemachi district, adding a face-to-face option for customers who want to explore routes and discuss their plans. The airline announced the inauguration on 14 October.
A place to shape your next trip
The store offers multilingual assistance with bookings, travel information and itinerary planning. A displayed Boeing 777 Business Class seat lets visitors take a closer look at one cabin product, while a self-service kiosk provides another way to access support.
Know before you visit
The address is the first floor of Otemachi One, 1-2-1 Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku. Emirates lists weekday hours of 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with closure on weekends and public holidays. Check current hours before making a special trip.
More choice on the horizon
The airline also says a Narita increase is scheduled for 26 October 2026, taking its Japan operation to 28 passenger flights weekly. That is a future schedule, not a service already operating. Compare your exact travel dates, airports and connections when planning.
